Survey Creation
We gathered insights from our target users to understand their specific needs and preferences. After collecting survey results, we moved on to competitor analysis.
Company Analysis and Persona
We conducted a competitive analysis of existing market players to understand how they address similar user needs and identify gaps. This research informed our design strategy, highlighting opportunities to offer unique value.
To refine our approach further, we developed user personas based on research insights, representing key audience groups. These personas provided a deeper understanding of user behaviors, pain points, and expectations, ensuring our design decisions aligned with real user needs.
User Journey
Building on persona, we created user flows to map out the ideal navigation paths within the product. It helps us to gain deeper insights into users' daily experiences and interactions with travel apps, which provided valuable context for our design.
Sitemap & Low-Fidelity Wireframe
Using insights from the user journals, we created a site map to structure the app's content and functionality. Moving on to our low-fidelity wireframes, we began by brainstorming design inspirations and creating low-fidelity wireframes. Through several iterative meetings, we refined these wireframes into our final low-fi version.
High-Fidelity Wireframe
We proceeded to develop the high-fidelity design and interactive prototype. The full prototype is presented in the slide photo at the beginning of this case study page.
